Public writing and case studies on this site demonstrate an editorial approach; they are not engineering design approval, legal advice, investment advice, or a promise of commercial performance.

Paid work begins only after written agreement on scope, deliverables, source permissions, revision limits, timing, fees, confidentiality, and usage rights. Client-provided technical claims remain subject to the client's designated technical approval.

The practice does not provide employer-confidential information, non-public customer or pricing data, unpublished product roadmaps, privileged competitive intelligence, or investment diligence based on current-role access.

Unless separately agreed in writing, public portfolio material remains owned by its author and client deliverables are governed by the project agreement.
